Our main niche is to do projects where

• The customer wants to exploit the possibilities of the R/3 design and of the "best practices" from a long line of project experience.
• The customer wants to learn R/3 thoroughly in the implementation phase and therefore want to do the major part of the implementation himself or herself.

We do not carry out actual BPR (Business Process Re-engineering). If this is what the customer want we recommend one of the larger consultancy companies. We will be happy though to be sub-contractor.
