  Jesper Schou Nielsen has been full time consultant and manager since the company was established 1 July 1998. Before that he worked in SAP DK from 1991 to 1998 and in IBM DK form 1986 to 1991.

Anne Marie Bruun was employed part time 1 September 1998 and full time from 1 May 1999. Before that she worked in AKF, Institute of Local Government Studies, Denmark as programme coordinator and editor of a scientific journal.
